 Genevieve began her career in a top Singapore law firm where she was its first Chartered Secretary, managing and advising on a wide range of corporate matters for private and public companies. She then worked in the Legal & Secretariat department of two large cap SGX Mainboard companies, before joining a newly IPO Mainboard responsible for its post-listing governance and compliance. She is most recently the Company Secretary of a Mainboard listed group, managing its Legal & Secretariat function.   

As a strong advocate of good corporate governance, Genevieve is instrumental in upholding and raising the governance standards of her clients and companies. As one of the youngest listed Company Secretaries in Singapore, she specialises in corporate law, secretarial and governance. While working full-time, Genevieve took the ICSA International Qualifying Scheme and a Bachelor of Law. She has been an Associate of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore since 2012. She was called to the Singapore Bar in 2023 and is a non-practising Advocate and Solicitor. Effectively bilingual, she speaks and writes fluently in English and Chinese.
